Microwave Device Laboratory

Seoul National University of Science and Technology · Department of Semiconductor Engineering

The Microwave Device Laboratory (MDL) conducts research on microwave and millimeter-wave devices for wireless communication and advanced electromagnetic systems. Our work spans electromagnetic analysis, design, and circuit/device implementation.

Current research areas include antennas and RF/mmWave devices, electromagnetics and microwave engineering, metasurfaces and frequency-selective surfaces (FSS), EMI/EMC and electromagnetic shielding, transparent conductive structures, and semiconductor-related devices.

From nanoscale structures to system-level devices, MDL aims to contribute to the advancement of next-generation communication and electronic systems.
